"I want to know a GLIMPSE of Atlantean Technologies especially using Crystals and why were they erased from Human Memories"

"Dear friend, we are glad to come together now to give share some insights we have to your question. Firstly, we would like you to know that the technologies you have spoken of have not been erased from human memory, it has remained intact in the Akashic library of the human civilization and planet Earth. You and others may feel as though the memories have been erased, this is simply due to separativeness consciousness imposed upon self from self due to separation from God consciousness. The Laws of the Universe is such that whatever is within your consciousness you will attract or repel. The key word here is repel.

Many God aligned technologies and tools have been repelled from human consciousness due to mass destruction created from the abuse of Atlantean Technologies and the abuse of the energies of Nature Elements (in Crystals), human consciousness has set itself up into a mode of judgment, criticism and fear. Mind you, this is not the first time in which fear consciousness dominated.

Since your question is specifically about technologies with the use of crystals, we will offer our insights within that scope. But do know that many scientific technologies of today (with or without the use of crystals) were technologies and information partially created during the Atlantean civilization.

Some God aligned Atlantean Technologies with the use of crystals include:

• Light Body Healing - this is commonly practiced now. The idea of this healing is the concept of seeing the etheric human body as a large crystal and working with the energies of Light. Though how the energies are to be channeled effectively with 100% clarity have yet to be fully explored by the numerous types of healing modalities currently on earth.

• Laser Beams - the laser beam technology used in modern science in this current day and age is coarse and unrefined. Atlantean Technologies used Crystal Terminators together with the healers' light and consciousness, the Sun's energy and nature elementals to created powerful laser beams for healing.

• Crystal Generators - These are large crystals used as energy generators. The structure and flow of the current within the Crystals is generated from the creative wisdom of the Elohim, the nature and mineral elementals, the energies of Mother Earth, and the Atlantean Masters. The technical hows of this is not currently being revealed. However, the microwave oven is a mis-use of this same form of energy. The micowave oven scrambles and destroys the key structure and life codes in food while the Crystal Generators generates and rejuvenates.

• Crystalline Temples - These were used mostly as healing temples and centres of rejuvenation, the concept of how this works is very much in alignment with Crystal Generators.

We encourage you to put Love into Action and How does one do this? You will find that Interestingly what is being EMBEDDED within your DNA Structure-no matter where you are from, no matter what your background is, what your religious upbringing is and so on. You will find that you instinctively know how to love yourself through Action-By TOUCH. You experience this Love of the Self by touching yourself when you hurt yourself. For Example-you may hurt your Finger or your thumb or your toe and immediately you allow your hand to touch the area that was hurt and you allow energies of Love to flow through and this is love in action! This is Instinctive and this goes to show that you are made in love and you have the ability to love as well.

How does one put Love into action? In allowing one's love to be expressed with one's brothers and sisters besides touch. With your loved ones you find that through touch you make a connection, you make a strong connection. It is a show of affection, it is a show of Love and this is why touch is important to the humankind.

What about showing love to people that you may not know but yet you sense and realise a connectedness that you have with each other through your Heart Chakra. You express this love not necessarily through touch but through your action. How are you allowing your actions to speak of Love? How are you assisting your Brothers and Sisters on Earth? Every Single decision that you make in your Life on Earth, you will find that- it is not a decision that is just yours, you will find that this decision affects all other beings on Earth whether it is affecting your Brothers and Sisters who are close to you even people you do not know-your immediate neighbour, the other kingdoms of Earth such as the Plant kingdom, Animal kingdom and Mineral Kingdom.

It is TIME Initiates, it is TIME beloved friends that Conscious Awareness, Conscious Responsibility of your choices that you make in Life is being put into REAL REAL Action, It is TIME!

The Golden Age is not just a phase that Initiates on Earth are going through, it is not something that we go in and out of fashion. The Golden Age is the Welcoming of New Energies that if Initiates may not put the Love, the Light, the Wisdom, the Power into Action we will find that the Golden Age Energies may not fully manifest themselves. There is much talk about the Golden Age, there is much talk about 2012 but as we all know YOUR ACTIONS WILL SPEAK LOUDER THAN YOUR WORDS.

So we ask of you to spend your moments on Earth, every waking moment to become more Conscious of how you are putting your Love into Action, of How you are manifesting this Love. Is God A GIant?

My daughter asked, 'is God a giant? Can SHE get onto the bus? Can SHE come to my house?'

And after a while, she said, 'I like God. Mummy, do you like God?' I said, 'Yes, I love God.' Then she said, 'What about the rest of the people, do they like God?' I said, 'Not everyone.' And she asked, why?

Spiritual education for my 3 year old is proving to be more difficult than teaching anyone I have ever taught! :-) But it is certainly good training for me. If I can help a three year old understand, I am sure I can do it for anyone. My daughter and I had an hour chat about God and interestingly, she kept referring to God as a SHE! Smart girl, eh? lol!

Anyway, by the end of our conversation, she has kind of grasped the idea of soul traveling. She asked her daddy what colour fairy/angel would he like to 'zoom' with to God's house when he sleeps tonight.

I don't know about her, but I sure had fun in our hour long chat.

Glad it is June!

May was such a busy month with everything happening at the same time including Wesak, it feels so good to be in June! For some reason, it feels lighter and I suspect a lot of heavy duty lessons prior to Wesak have been confronted and now a sense of lightness seem to float - well, in my perspective at least.

Every year, I enjoy the month after Wesak very much, it feels like a new beginning with new opportunities and a lot of excitement starts to build. This year is not any different, I feel as if I am once again given new opportunities to serve and to reach out to a wider audience. I have been invited so far to give a talk at a local university and will also present one for the medical industry this month. So all good!

Now, I also finally have more breathing space to think about other things I wish to do - such as running the 1/2 marathon at the end of the year (with a charity drive in mind, keeping fingers crossed), and to continue writing my book. So it is time to get on with them...

Love Through Action

In the post Wesak meditation and sharing we did a week ago, I channeled a message from the Masters and the key point of the entire message was Love Through Action. That it is not enough to just send love from our hearts to our fellow brothers and sisters, but we must also get into action to bring about real transformation for the human kingdom and the kingdoms of the earth.

One thing that the Masters said which really stuck to my mind was that, it is within our essence and capacity to love others through our actions. When we are in physical pain, we being natural healers will place our hands on the wounded area and try to soothe it with touch. This goes to show us how action is a part of our ability to love ourselves and others. And that we must not withhold action through our hearts.

Let us make this year a Masterful year by taking proper actions and truly get on with the real work that each of must do in order to transform human consciousness from one of victimization to one of Mastery.

We had a fabulous 2 day event - Let's Do Our Part! I heard only positive feedback from the participants, everyone felt the whole seminar was educational, informative and inspiring....

Bhavani Prakash posted this on Facebook: Thanks so much for organising a fantastic seminar!!! I really appreciate all the hard work you've put in.. I learnt so much yesterday from the breathtaking range of topics from genuinely inspiring speakers- the Orang Aslis in Malaysia, sustainable investing, natural healing, animal welfare and vegetarianism, social enterprise and the Riverkids project to stop child trafficking in Cambodia. I really look forward to next year's event!!

And on Sunday we had a small gathering of I AM Uni friends and students, we had friends who came all the way from India, the Philippines and Australia. It was a heart warming affair with most sharing about their experiences and what they have learned and essentially how we can move forward.

I am so inspired by the success of both days that I am already thinking about what to do for next year's Let's Do Our Part!

Resistance To Change

Our little daughter just started at a new childcare yesterday. Even though from what we observe this is clearly a much better environment for her than her previous childcare she is still apprehensive, understandably. She said to me last night before going to bed, "Mummy can I please go back to my old school"?

I think we are all resistant to change, no matter how old we are! How many times have you found yourself going back to your old ways, preferring to sit in your comfort zone?

For my daughter, being in a new environment is both exciting and scary. The familiar environment is gone, replaced by new friends and new teachers. With words of encouragement and guidance, we know that her transition in her new environment will be a good one.

For most people, change can be scary and often times one may feel alone in the journey. However, I also think that most people do not realise how words of encouragement from themselves i.e. positive self talk can make all the difference. Being one's own cheerleader to keep self upbeat and positive can help one scale even the highest mountain.

For a child, they need an adult like a parent or teacher to be their cheerleader. For an adult, you have your own conscious and subconscious minds to work with you and for you, making this a great cheering team.

May the new year bring wonderful new changes to you!

Perspectives Of Reality

I am always amused whenever my daughter have her sights zoomed into her favourite things when we go out - she would shout out in glee when she sees a playground when we are on a taxi or bus. Everything else around is insignificant.

It is true when we say we see what we want to see and that our sense of reality is certainly connected to our perspective of life. A three year old doesn't know anything else except playgrounds, toys and cartoons and to a three year old, this is what life is all about.

Dealing With The Negative Ego Of Other People

People have often asked me how do I deal with the negative ego of other people. How can I not get angry with them especially when they are self centred, insulting or attacking? And my reply is that what they do and how they behave is not about me, it is about them. If they choose to be in their negative ego, it is their prerogative. My focus is only on making sure I am not also indulging in negative ego consciousness.

When a person is in their negative ego, they are not truly thinking, they are merely operating from ingrained patterns in their minds. This means that they are not really mentally awake and for the most part are not mentally stable. Would you get angry with someone because they are not balanced? Whether they are imbalanced mentally, emotionally or physically, it doesn't matter. The key here is not to give your power away to their instability and simply remain still and within the eye of the hurricane. Ultimately other people will learn the lessons in their own time when the Laws of Attraction catches up with them.

Martyrdom

A discussion came up recently with some friends on the subject of martyrdom.

I think most friends and students have heard of this line, "Service is the law of life" in Dr Stone's books. And it cannot be emphasized enough that indeed it is only through service that we learn and grow.

If we understand the various psychological aspects within ourselves we will recognize some significant personality archetypes closely tied to Service. The two archetypes at the top of my head would be the Servant and the Martyr.

The Higher Servant being one who is willing to serve one's brothers and sisters unconditionally with humility and humbleness and yet exercising a clear balance in wisdom and personal power. The Higher Martyr is one who is willing to forego one's evolution for the sake of others - much like Kuan Yin who has taken the vow of the Bodhisattva.

There are many fine examples of the Higher Servant and the Higher Martyr in the world, including the Ascended Masters. What is also very rampant however in the world today are Lower Servants and Lower Martyrs.

I hear stories from friends, clients and students from all other the world about certain teachers or healers who 'sacrifice' themselves for the betterment of others. One such story is a healer who falls inevitably very ill for weeks after doing a group healing meditation. Or a teacher who claims to have the power to wipe out his students' karma by taking them on as his own. At first glance, these actions may seem noble.

But I question if indeed these acts are necessary and I question if the healers/teachers have come from a position of arrogance that they have denied their own students and clients the opportunity to learn. We know that mistakes are often made in our growth towards Self and God Realization. And it is only through mistakes that we learn. And if we look at the Laws of Karma we also understand that we attract or repel that which is within our consciousness. So no initiate on earth is above this law unless one is an avatar.

Even as healers/teachers martyr themselves, the students/clients will inevitably have to face the music of their past actions. Can the lower martyring actions be considered service then? Personally, I think not. More than anything, it is possibly just a case of spiritual glamour indulgence.

To quote Dr Stone from Soul Psychology, "Being a negative Martyr archetype bankrupts a person, until the inevitable breakdown and heavy karmic life lessons force him or her to learn to be selfish. Remember, there is spiritual selfishness and there is negative ego selfishness.........Without being spiritually selfish, we can't set healthy boundaries"

So what I have learned from these examples is really to see that everything that happens in my life is a spiritual test and lesson and if I were to fall ill because I unconsciously took on the pains/karma of others, to me it is a reminder that it is the Law of Karma at work. And that my lesson is indeed to own my personal power and balance it with love, spiritual/psychological wisdom and common sense. This will pave the way for me to form clearer psychological boundaries with others resulting in clearer energetic and psychic boundaries.

I rather consciously be a Higher Martyr than a lower suffering one any day.

A question on creating your reality came up recently so I like to share an incident that happened that illustrates this point well.

We have heard of the saying, you create your own reality. And this is something in which most people in the new age movement subscribe to.

Several years ago, there was a healer who went on an attacking campaign against the work I was doing. She called me up once and threatened to show up at my workshop which I was conducting the next day, to tell all participants all the 'bad things' that I was actually teaching and doing. And she said that this is because I created this reality for myself.

I was actually amused by her statement, I was not in any way making fun of her, but I was amused by her understanding of what it means to create one's reality. I see that my reality of life and hers are at opposites ends of the pole.

To me, creating my reality is not about controlling outer circumstances, situations or people. Creating my reality is about how I am perceiving the situation. So let's take this situation with this particular attacking healer. I created my reality by seeing that her attack was a call for love. I harbour no ill feelings towards her, in fact, I have great compassion for her because one must be feeling quite lost to go on an attacking rampage as such. I also created my reality by owning my personal power and remained unaffected by her attacks and I also told her that she was welcome to join us at the workshop. I created my reality by remaining centred in facilitating the workshop the next day, whether she will turn up or not, though I did not expect her to do so, and she didn't.

So creating one's reality in truth comes from our thoughts. This is an important lesson in which Dr Stone had taught time and again in all of his books. Since it is our thoughts that create our perception of life, it is our thoughts that create how we feel, so it is our thoughts that create our reality.

Clearing the negative ego

I received an interesting question recently and it was, "I am not a student of I AM University, can I still clear the negative ego?"

My answer is of course!

Whatever your religion, school of thought or spiritual practices, as long as you dedicate your time and energy to engage in developing and refining your consciousness and learn to spot the negative ego at work within your own consciousness, you can transcend the negative ego. And work towards integrating God/Christ/Buddha/Spiritual/Ascended Masters' consciousness.

The work of I AM University is focused on assisting initiates to develop and refine one's consciousness, and the materials and curriculum cover a full spectrum teachings of all major religions/school of thought on earth. And admittedly, the curriculum and materials do make things a lot easier for people. But even though one may not be an official student of the I AM University, it does not mean that they cannot clear the negative ego.

Some key qualities that one must have in order to clear the negative ego are: discipline, self honesty, humility, humbleness, discernment, defenselessness (as opposed to being defensive), open mindedness, trusting one's inner guidance and to balance this with being open to receiving guidance from others (if one is not open to receiving guidance from others who have walked ahead then one is missing out on some valuable wisdom, if one does not trust one's inner guidance, then one may be giving too much power away to other people. So a balance is very important.)

Many of my clients and students include Christians, Buddhists, Muslims and other minority religions as well as spiritual practitioners in the new age movement. The goal for all is to transcend the negative ego which affects all of us, no matter what our religions or spiritual practices are.

Is there such a thing as quick fixes or even special dispensations from God to magically clear the negative ego for initiates to achieve Mastery?

I question this, because the fact is "Mastery" means to be able to master one's physical body/physical desires, to master one's feelings/emotions instead of being a victim of negative feelings/emotions, to master one's mental body instead of being victimised by one's thoughts or the programming within one's subconscious mind, to master one's lower desires, to master one's bad habits and addictions, to master one's energetic system, to master one's psychic field, to master one's spiritual bodies and so on!

So to "Master" self takes work, does it make sense for initiates to gain mastery through quick technics or be given dispensations without truly earning it? What will be the world become if the Masters of this planet are given Ascended Masters' status and yet are constantly victimised by their feelings/emotions, or have a habit of cussing, smoking or drinking, or are not able to earn a decent living or have issues with manifesting their puzzle pieces or are completely disorganized, or are criminals! If Masters operate like this, what can we say about the rest of humanity?

There have been arguments amongst spiritual practitioners that there are new dispensations given to humanity to clear the negative ego much faster than the tried and tested methods of the Ascended Masters who have walked the path. From what I know, those who proclaim this, do not have a clue how the negative ego operates, let alone master it. However those who are working on developing their consciousness through sheer determination, courage, and self honesty know how tricky the negative ego is. And many on this path, have already tried the so called quick fixes and 'special dispensations' and know for a fact that they are all based on illusions!

The path towards Integrated Mastery requires work, period. It is not given for free.

I would think God has lost the plot if I had to go through hundreds of lifetimes to learn the thousands if not millions of lessons and then be told that I can now become a Master without doing any work.

Passing initiations and being a Master means - thinking, feeling, acting, behaving, speaking, eating, breathing, sleeping, meditating, exercising, accomplishing, organizing, creating, manifesting, healing, teaching, learning, giving and receiving like one.

I know no dispensations can do this for me. Only I can do this for myself with the help of God, spirit, the masters and the rest of my brothers and sisters on earth.

Teaching

Someone said to me recently that preparing to teach a class is not as easy as it looks. She said that while preparing the notes for her class, she has to make sure that she knows the information and have integrated the info to a certain extent before she can teach it. And that it is not just a matter of compiling notes together.

I agree.

In fact the process of compiling notes and preparing the content of the lecture requires one to learn the lessons and interestingly, one may find that life itself also helps to partake in the integration process by dishing out all the necessary lessons.

In my early days as a spiritual teacher, I was often confronted by challenging lessons and some are very funny ones too. For eg. the computer decides to retire just 2 days before the workshop; attacking phone calls and emails from 'fellow lightworkers' a day before a major workshop; the door to the healing centre where I was doing the class refuses to open until the owner turned up 30 mins later; being booted out of the booked venue a month before the spiritual event because someone claimed I was a devil worshipper (isn't this hilarious!); a partner then who was also a spiritual teacher was becoming a father soon but I was not the pregnant one, and I found this out just before a workshop/class - the dramas of life but all very funny.

They were certainly very valuable because they helped me to integrate all the lessons I was going to teach like owning my personal power, being the master of my feelings/emotions, learning when to let go, and so many more.

As I continue to teach, I am sure there will be many more lessons coming my way. So I totally agree that teaching is not as easy as it looks.

So to all of you spiritual teachers out there, three cheers to you, your service work and commitment to be the best that you can be, so that others can learn by your better example.
